Shipping & Returns
Kissel Kreations LLC currently ships only to U.S. addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. Additionally, all orders will be shipped to the address(es) listed at checkout.
Most of our products are made-to-order, production times vary based on the item. Most ship out within 5-7 business days, but please contact us if you need your order by a specific/guaranteed date. Additional fees may apply for all expedited orders and/or shipping.
Our products are shipped using USPS (priority mail), but occasionally we do use UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Kissel Kreations LLC is NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier as long as Kissel Kreations LLC has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier.
Kissel Kreations LLC has tracking information available for each and every package that is shipped. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, Kissel Kreations LLC will wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued, please allow seven (7) business days for the research to take place.
If the order is returned to us marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped. You must provide an updated (correct) mailing address prior to reshipment.
Kissel Kreations LLC is not liable for packages lost or stolen once the shipping authority has deemed them delivered to your address.
If items are damaged in transit, Kissel Kreations LLC will replace items, as long as the broken item and original packaging (including box) are kept in order for a claim to be placed through USPS or UPS.
Kissel Kreations LLC specializes in personalized items, therefore returns are not accepted unless Kissel Kreations LLC is at fault. We will be more than happy to work with you, so if you have any issues or concerns please feel free to contact us! All returns/refunds for non-personalized items must be approved by us and will have a 20% restocking fee.
Returns are NOT accepted on items once they have been washed or worn. We are a small business, therefore, unless the item is returned due to defects PRIOR to washing, refunds will not be given. We also reserve the right to inspect returns prior to issuing a refund. If it is determined that the item has been washed or worn, you will not be given a refund.
Refunds on customized items will not be given or changes on orders cannot be accepted once the order has entered production.
Kissel Kreations LLC will not be held responsible for errors that were included in the submitted wording from the client and therefore refunds will not be given due to such errors.
Unless the Kissel Kreations LLC is at fault, the cost of shipping any items back to us is the buyer's responsibility and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no postage or handling fees will be refunded).
Refunds or replacements will not be sent after seven (7) days of receiving order.
